Konvertor 4.03 Release Candidate 1

* Konvertor goes 3D: 60 new formats
* 1 new image format written (CALS)
* 16 new image formats (ABR, BIN (3), BLB, BTN, CBA, DAT, EZ, IW4, JBR, PM, PSPBRUSH, TEX, TMX, XTREME)
* 1 new audio format (VOC)
* 2 new video formats (NUT, WEBM)
* 10 new text formats (DATAMAP, DIF, FO, JSPX, MC3, MEL, NVDL, RDP, TFW, TS)
* Konvertor can be installed to a USB drive
* added two buttons to the QuickView toolbar to display in hexadecimal format and search in text files

Changes
* PDF multipages: clicking the + displays all the pages, clicking the QuickView icon displays the document

Bug fixes:
* reading/writing ALBM, EXR, PPP
* MHT reading

Will Konvertor run on a 64-bit Windows XP PRO ? When I re-install my o/s in the next couple of weeks I'm going to install a full 64 bit XP Pro so I can "see" all my RAM.
On this 32-bit Windows I can only see 3Gb of RAM instead of 4Gb

Is USB 3.0 available in France yet Jean ? I have a USB 3.0 PCI card on it's way to me. It should be here Monday.
