Konvertor Crashes Frequently

My Konvertor Crashes frequently. Some times when I click on foldeor or sometimes when i want to open file.

This is last error which I received after crashing the Konvertor.



CPU 3GHz
RAM 1.75GB
3 hard disk each 360GB
Windows 7 Ultimate (always upated)
No problem with other softwares

I checked to install on other system 64-bit Windows 7 Ultimate but it has also same problem.

Can you shows the progress bar when konverotr extract some file in its temp folder?

I have three Outlook PST files and each have more than 4GB and I didn't read it in Konvertor (Outlook is not working when I tried this)

Is there any mistake I have done???
Whats the best option for Temp Folder either Temp folder or user AppData folder or in Windows 7 "C:\ProgramData\Konvertor\Temp"?

Previously I am using 4.03 bild 3 now I have install newest version 4.04 bild 2 and just testing..... but here i am facing new problem Konvertor not showing MS word files and during changing directory Konvertor stopped working





I have Uninstall completelty and reinstall it with these pluins



Please! Please! Please! Guide me where I did wrong?
Whats the right/best setting in Win7?

It is really pain in neck when you want to do something very important but you can't even if you have a good computer and skills I need your guidance .... from scretch - How to install Konvertor on Windows 7 with right setting?. At the moment I am using Total commander Ultima Prime (since last 4 to 5 or more years) but I want to use it....

Onething more..... why mouse icon disappear when it moves om menu bar or windows border (where you resize the konvertor window)

I tried quickly on XP and all is OK, i will try on Windows 7 in 15 minutes

Well, it works fine on my W7 64 bits.
Please verify that DOC is unchecked in the Setup -> Associate window.

Ok, there is check mark on it, Now I removed it.
I have Download & Install your update version 4.04 build 3. after installing (without any additional plugins) when I check the *.doc/*.docx file it shows nothing but after extracting your office plugin in Plugin folder Konvertor goes craches if I click on these files.

Craches on *.docx

preview of *.doc file is OK but when I double click on *.Doc file it shows folloting error

Muhammad. Which version of Word created the file ? I have both Office 2007 & Office 2010 Pro installed and am using Windows 7 Home Premium x64 and no problems with Konvertor 4.04 Build 4

*.docx = Office 2007 Pro
*.doc = Office 2003

Win 7 Ultimate x86

I will try it on Win7 Ultimate x64 tomorrow

Both files are open in MS word normally but this problem only appears in Konvertor

unfortunatly these problems only appear after version 4.04

I thought I was the only Konvertor-error-prone person !! I had to install a new O/S before it would work OK !

I have tested Konvertor few years back (think version 2 or 3) and it has frequently crashes that was a cracked version found on net. that time I think it was because of cracked version but know I relaese Konvertor has stabilty issues. I appriciate Jean's work he is working very hard worker (about Konvertor) but I still not use it as my main file manager (I am using Total commander ultima Prime from five to six years and very few times it dis-hearted me) I also trying some other file manager like Free commander, AccelMan, XYplorer etc.

I think Jean should work its stabily instaed of more files conversion.

The next release will be a bug fixes.
I thought that i could reproduce the .doc/.docx reading bug but in fact i don't, i test on XP, 7 32 and 7 64 bits.
The previous release (4.04 Build) 3 had an outdated DLL, the Build 4 is up-to-date.
