* 23 new text formats (DTD, ECMT, FBOPTSX, FBWINSX, HS, IFX, IN1, KIM, LXFML, PB1, RELS, RNC, RNG, RTCAT, SCH, SIP, T2C, TB1, TE1, UET, WML, WSDL, XPR)

Changes
* new commands for the video display: backward, forward, step by step
* Escape closes the image display
* load images quicker

* EXE, ICNS and PST reading (Konvertor does not try to read Outlook PST anymore)
