Offline Installer or Full Installer

How can I download offline installer (Full installer with all plugins).
My home internet connection is slow and volume base... that's why I download all my stuff in my office which has hi speed connection.

You can't download a full install directly.
The install program downloads the addons.

than, Is it possible to download offline installer (full installer without plugins, as you provide in version 4 or 5 also)

No, you can't.
The install program is just a launcher for the different modules, making the program much easier to update.
That means that you must be connected to the Internet to install / update the program and/or its plugins.

I have tried to download and install it more than five today and every time it generates error and stop downloading.

I am downloading it on Win8.1.
