did you enter the rar.exe path ?
(Setup -> Paths -> Addons)

Just done that and now it's working fine BUT when I click on the RAR compression, it archives the files I've chosen but it crashes Konvertor !

You're right .......... I selected the wrong executable !!
Now I've selected the correct executable it's working fine DOH !!
