2.28 Build 2 bug

Post  Roscoe on Wed 9 Mar - 4:48

When an M4R file is right clicked the Convert option appears in the right click menu but the conversion doesn't work - not for any of the conversions (3G2, MP2, MP3, OGG, WAV & WMA).

Thanks Jean.

I've just found another problem with the website. When I click on the "what's new" link on the Kontextviewer icon I get taken to the Konvetor FM download page Shocked Shocked

Yes I did. And it was working perfectly (except for the conversion from M4R to 3GZ, MP2, MP3, OGG, WAV & WMV not working) until I downloaded the most recent version, about an hour ago when I told you how slowly the download was.

All the other functions are still working 100% and it shows it's registered to me in the About box.

No. Windows 7 Home Premium x64 - Since last Sunday. I was previously using Windows 7 Utlimate x64 but was having Stop errors and download problems so I reformatted my hard drive and installed 7 Home Premium x64 and the problems I was having ceased.

It's probably the problem.
KontextViewer is a 32 bits DLL.
It is not supposed to work in a 64 bits environment.
I don't know how you make it run but i think that you found a trick Very Happy

I've had v2.27 Build 4 running 100% on a netbook with XP Pro SP3 x32 all day with no problems.

I only have 64 bit Windows 7 Home Premium. Although I could always download a 32 bit version if necessary. clown clown

If I install any 32 bit O/S I won't be able to "see" all the RAM I have installed. 32 bit only supports up to 3Gb of RAM.
